WH 201 Wheat Grass 小麥草

• 放种植土於四寸直径的盆里，並轻轻压至三寸高。 浸两汤匙种子於清水里六小时，浸好后倒去清水並平均扫一层种子在种植土上。保持泥土湿润，放在有光的地方但避免直接阳光照射。种至4-5寸后可收成。

• Place two tablespoons of seeds in a cup. Soak for 6 hours. Fill a 4-inch diameter tray with 3 inches of damp soil/ potting mix. Spread single layer of soaked seeds evenly on the surface. Water well and place under filtered sunlight. Avoid direct sunlight. Harvest when sprouts reach 4-5 inches in length.
