Place two tablespoons of seeds in a cup. Soak for 6 hours. Fill a 4-inch diameter tray with 3 inches of damp soil/ potting mix. Spread single layer of soaked seeds evenly on the surface. Water well and place under filtered sunlight. Avoid direct sunlight. Harvest when sprouts reach 4-5 inches in length.
